As Principal of Olivares Hotel Design, Jose manages all aspects of the design projects, from kick-off meetings to hotel openings and mentors a multidisciplinary team of talented designers to ensure creativity, functionality, and meticulous documentation. Jose recognizes that successful projects are a result of collaboration with the full project team of Client, Operator, Architect, and all the other consultants.

His experience ranges from concept, space planning to the overall project management. Arman was involved in the design of Ana Mandara Vietnam, Furama Resort & Spa Vietnam, Solaire Hotel Quezon City Philippines, Solaire Hotel Manila Suite Renovation, Okada Manila, Hilton Manila, Belmont Hotel Cebu, Kempinski Hotel and Resort, Marina Bay sand Resort and Casino and Tazi Palace Morocco.

Grace received her degree in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. She has 3 years of high-end hospitality and residential work experience. Her experience ranges from concept through construction. Grace was involved in the design of Shangri-La Hotel Surabaya, Mandarin Oriental Geneva Royal Penthouse Suite, Renovation of the Galaxy Foot Hub, Luxury Residence at Repulse Bay Tower, Pure Yoga in Singapore, and Pure Fitness at One Taikoo Place. She is also tri-lingual (English, Mandarin and Cantonese) making her capable to handle international projects.
